Hmong Anshun Bracelet
AWESOME spiked Anshun bracelet from the Miao Hmong hill tribes.
This piece was made by the Hmong (miao) hill tribe people in Southeast Asia and brought back by us during our travels throughout China, Laos and Vietnam.
The Hmong in the villages we traveled to believe that silver scares away evil spirits. The dramatic spikes are actually meant to get attention from evil spirits to keep them away, keeping the bearer of this bracelet and his/her family safe from harm.
On either side of the spiked tribal bracelet are faces. The faces are there to make the spirits believe that they are being watched even though they are invisible to the human eye.
7.5" (19 cm) inner circumference. Bends to adjust to almost any wrist size.
An awesome artifact of traditional Southeast Asian tribal culture!
Our mission is to make the world a better place.
