This genuine ammonite fossil pendant is awesome!

Ammonites are an ancient invertebrate species that went extinct in the K-T mass extinction event 66 million years ago. Each "chamber" in the ammonite's fossil encapsulates eons of sand particles and pressure. The mathematical sequence of the spiral in the fossil is a perfect example of the Fibonacci sequence, a mathematical sequence that is found everywhere in nature, from flower petals to our own DNA.

This ammonite fossil is set into jewelry brass with three layers of silver plating, and comes with your choice of chain or cord.
Measures 1.25" long by 1" wide.

This fossil has been in existence for tens of millions of years, but it's ultimate destiny is to be with you (;
